Recognizing the crossover between the RV Park and Marina industries in recent years, Marina Brokerage Advisors was established in 2023 as a subsidiary of Park Brokerage Commercial Real Estate. Its founders George Waidelich and Kyle Peterson share a lifelong passion for being on the water, which inspired them to create a company that leverages their real estate expertise and enthusiasm.

George graduated Magna Cum Laude from TCU with a B.B.A in Finance and Real Estate and joined Bank OZK’s asset management team where he managed a portfolio of hotel, office, industrial, and retail loans in excess of $500 million. He joined Greysteel in 2019 and built out their mobile home and RV park platform, where he originated over 125 million in debt and equity placement in two years. George joined Park Brokerage as the head of Capital Markets in early 2022. During this time, he had been engaged by a large private equity group to facilitate a line of credit for a new marina venture. This opportunity led to more research on Marinas and ultimately building out Marina Brokerage Advisors in 2023. In his free time, he can be found spending time with friends and family, fishing, wake surfing, and supporting TCU Football.

Kyle graduated from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Finance and Economics. Raised in California by a boat mechanic, he has been immersed in the boating scene for most of his life. Boating is in his blood. Prior to joining Park Brokerage, he worked as a contractor installing and maintaining custom boat lifts, gaining hands-on experience that solidified his passion for the marine industry. Currently, Kyle is focused on marina acquisitions and dispositions around the country, bringing his expertise to every transaction. Kyle grew up in Central California, where he was a valedictorian at his local high school and received the prestigious Larry L. Hillblom Scholarship. An avid water skier, Kyle enjoys spending his free time on the water with friends and family, further fueling his lifelong passion for the boating industry.
John Sheedy
Co-Founder and Designated Broker
John Sheedy is the President of Park Brokerage Inc. focusing his efforts on the Manufactured Housing and RV Park industry and is licensed in Arizona, California, and Georgia. Prior to joining Park Brokerage, he was a regional executive devoted to sales and business development functions aimed toward commercial real estate owners including construction, utility services, and tenant debt collections. He owns and operates four 55+ MH/RV communities in Arizona and is a limited partner in several other mobile home parks and RV parks which allows him the experience and knowledge to handle your sale in a discreet and profitable fashion.
Based out of Phoenix, John currently is the President of the Arizona RV Park and Campground Association (ARVC) and volunteers for MHCA. As a longtime Phoenician, John attended Brophy College Preparatory and graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in History. He currently lives in Phoenix with his wife Deanna and two daughters Madeleine and Savannah.
